2.2.4 If you fail to provide Personal Data: Where we need to collect Personal Data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that Personal Data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with our Services). 4.1 Information shared with everyone in the community:If you are a Vendor, we may publicly share some of your Vendor Profile such as your contact person name, photo and contact details, office location, Vendor Services, company name and logo, your event photos, and any other information that you allow us to share. 4.2 Information shared with Vendors: As a Client, if you request for a Vendor Service, and/or make a booking via the Platform, we may share your name, phone number, location and email address with the applicable Vendor in order to fulfill your request or booking, as applicable.

In certain situations, these businesses sell items or provide promotions to you through Invygo’ Service. In other situations, Invygo provides Services or sells products jointly with these businesses.
4.4 Business Transfer: In the event that Invygo is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction.
